This is a copy of letter that was sent to me, while in Montgomery
County Prison, where I had been extradited to from Washington
D.C. by my Washington Attorney, informing me that the illegal
charges that had been filed against me, by members of Metro
Traffic, both of Washington and Pennsylvania, had been
dismissed. Metro Traffic had lied and had me arrested, after I had
caught them breaking into my apartment in Washington.
